Refund and Returns Policy

At CeramoraLab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 8 hours after delivery. If more than 8 hours have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
2. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used scented oils.
- Items damaged by misuse or negligence after delivery.
- Sale or promotional items (non-refundable).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
- If you paid cash on delivery, we will arrange a refund by transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at contact@ceramoralab.com for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Delivery Policy
We deliver across Morocco within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier service.
